What Happens After You Reach Out
First, a real person gets back to you — within one business hour during working hours. We'll ask a few questions about what you've noticed and find a time for the inspection that works with your schedule. You don't need to be home for most exterior inspections, though we're glad to walk you through findings in person if you'd like to be there.
At the inspection, a certified roofing professional — not a salesperson — walks every slope of your roof, checks flashing and penetrations, and photographs anything worth documenting. If the roof is fine, we tell you it's fine. If it needs work, you get a written estimate with photos and a clear scope, usually within a day.
Then the decision is yours, on your timeline. There's no follow-up pressure campaign and the estimate doesn't expire the moment we leave the driveway. If storm damage is involved, we'll walk you through the insurance process before you file, so you know what to expect from your carrier before committing to anything.
For emergencies, the sequence compresses. Call the line — it's answered around the clock — and describe what's happening. For active leaks we can usually have someone out the same day with temporary tarping to stop the water immediately, then handle the permanent repair once the roof is dry and, if insurance is involved, once the damage has been documented for your claim.

How fast will I hear back?
We respond to every estimate request within one business hour during working hours. Form submissions and phone calls get the same treatment — if you reach out in the morning, you'll typically have a real conversation with us before lunch. For after-hours emergencies, call the phone line directly; it's answered 24/7.
Do you charge anything for the estimate or inspection?
No. The inspection, the photos, the written report, and the estimate are all free, with no obligation to book. We'd rather you have complete information — even if you take it to another contractor — than feel pressured into a decision.
What should I have ready when I call?
Just your address and a description of what you've noticed — a stain on a ceiling, shingles in the yard, a recent hailstorm. If storm damage is involved and you have your insurance carrier's name handy, that helps us prepare, but none of it is required to get on the schedule.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes — 24/7. For active leaks and storm damage we offer same-day response, including temporary tarping to stop water intrusion immediately while the permanent repair is scheduled. Call rather than using the form for anything urgent.

Can you help with an insurance claim?
Yes. We document storm damage with photos, prepare the report in the format Texas carriers expect, and coordinate directly with your adjuster — including attending the adjuster visit when it helps. You stay in control of the claim; we make sure nothing gets missed or undervalued.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Not for most exterior inspections — if we can access the roof safely, we can document it and send you the report with photos. Being home helps if you want the attic checked too, or if you'd like to walk through the findings in person, which many homeowners prefer for a first visit.
Do you give estimates over the phone?
We can talk through questions and general expectations by phone, but an honest number requires eyes on the roof — pitch, layers, decking condition, and flashing details all change the scope. Since the inspection is free and quick to schedule, a written estimate based on your actual roof beats a guess every time.
Is the form or a phone call better?
Whichever you prefer — form submissions get the same one-business-hour response as calls during working hours. The one exception is an active leak or storm emergency: call for those, since the emergency line is answered around the clock, nights and weekends included.
Will I get endless follow-up calls if I fill out the form?
